At the House California estate, work is underway on one of the most exciting projects so far — the construction of a brand-new pool that will become the central place for rest, socializing and fun. What now looks like excavated ground and foundations will soon grow into a spacious water oasis designed down to the finest detail.

CURRENT WORK
First phase — excavating the terrain
The first and most demanding phase is excavating the terrain. The aerial footage clearly shows the scale of the work: the complete contour of the future pool has been marked out, the surface layer removed, and the space where the structure will be poured has been formed.
This stage determines everything that follows — the correct geometry, slopes and depths are set right now, while everything is still in the ground. Precision here directly affects the quality and longevity of the finished pool.
THE HEART OF THE SYSTEM
The machine room — invisible but essential
The separate, deeper excavation next to the pool is no accident — this is where the machine room is being built, the room that will be a key element in maintaining the pool. Although guests will never see it, everything felt in the water depends on it: cleanliness, temperature and the flawless operation of the system.
The machine room will house the equipment for filtration, circulation and water heating. A well-designed machine room means a quieter, more efficient and more reliable installation — and far less worry throughout the season.
LONGER SEASON
Heated water — enjoyment in spring and autumn too
One of the most important advantages of the new pool will be water heating. Thanks to it, swimming will not be reserved only for the hottest summer months — the pool is planned to be pleasant to use in both the spring and autumn periods. Warm water with the fresh air of early spring or golden autumn days offers a special experience usually found only at top resorts.
